| Hill Farm & Three Treasures Health Centre AT HILL FARM
Norman and Tricia met whilst they were students at Leeds University. Studies completed, they came back to Somerset to the family farm. They have been at Hill Farm ever since, raising a family - now grown up - and developing the farm and associated businesses. They came to Traditional Chinese Medicine a few years ago, and they have been chi-gung students of Tony's ever since. Farming at Hill Farm is based on principles of environmental responsibility, and the land is farmed in an organically sensitive way, using minimal chemical input. Consequently there are bats, birds and a multitude of wild life and plants. The food given to guests is, as much as possible, home or locally produced and sourced. The water is Hill Farm spring water, the milk comes from the dairy herd, and Tricia makes the yoghurt and bread. AT THREE TREASURES HEALTH CENTRE
